Real Estate Management (DREM) was established in 1995.
We are a sister company to Intercontinental Realty, Inc.
We manage approximately 125 properties in Bakersfield, which
is comprised of about 500 units. You may find other
conglomerate management companies with a larger variety of
properties but it is our intention to keep our business
smaller. This way, we can provide personal and
individualized attention to our clients and residents.
Thank you for
considering to rent with our company, and in taking the time
to review our rental listing. We strive to keep this
listing as current as possible each week and hope that we
might be able to fulfill your rental needs. If you are
interested in viewing any units, we do check out keys for
available apartments, unless it is noted that there is an
on-site manager. We do require a
$20.00 key deposit per key along with a copy of a driver's
license/photo identification card. Keys can be checked
out between the following times:
9:00am - 3:30pm (Monday - Friday)
Keys must be
returned to the office by closing time on the day keys are
checked out. Please remember that the office is closed
for lunch between 12:30pm - 1:30pm. Please contact our
company in advance to see if keys are available to check out.

Upcoming
units, either homes or apartments, will not be available for
show until after the listed date of the vacancy (see far right
side of property listing for date of vacancy). Also,
date of vacancies on upcoming units are subject to
change. Therefore, move-in dates CANNOT be
guaranteed. All rentals do require an initial lease,
with a minimum of a 6-month lease or a maximum of a 1-year
lease. Our company does not initially rent units on a
month-to-month basis. If you have a pet(s) and a
property will allow for a pet(s), there is an additional
amount required that is added to the original asking security
deposit price. The additional amount for the first pet
is $500.00, and an additional $100.00 for a second pet (2 pet
limit, and pets must be 30lbs. or less)
